Founded in 2011, C&S was built from the ground up to be different from the competition. Years of hands-on, in-the-field experience gives C&S a different perspective of the construction industry, knowing and understanding, first-hand, the complexities of managing a job site. This view allows us to better manage a project by anticipating obstacles and finding solutions before they cause delays and change-orders.
Budget overruns and inflated schedules are all too common in the construction industry and C&S is changing that with a philosophy of teamwork and relationship building. Founder and Managing Member
Kevin Cleveland is founder and managing member of C&S. Kevin brings his experience as a Master Plumber and the owner of Paradigm Plumbing, LLC and has spent almost two decades learning every aspect of the construction industry from field work to client management.
Kevin's well-versed construction experience is further demonstrated by his National Certification from the ICC as a Class A General Building Contractor and multiple state general contracting licenses.
Mr. Cleveland believes that the most important part of any business is relationship building and truly understanding the client’s goals and expectations. Kevin’s thoroughness and ability to structure deals insures that everyone’s expectations can be met. Knowing and understanding his clients allows him to produce a product both he and his customer can and should be proud of.
